Did you know that no matter how good your washing machine is that there will always be some washing liquid/powder residue left in the fibres of your baby’s clothes?

If you use laundry detergents that contain man made chemicals, then this residue is known to cause skin irritation and baby rash in babies and children. This is usually found around the back of the knees, inside elbows and around any area where clothing can rub against your babies skin.

This is one possible reason why many baby’s suffer from rashes over their body.

NativeBliss range of KidsBliss Laundry Care Liquids has been specially created to eliminate baby rash caused by washing baby clothes with man made chemical detergents.

KidsBliss range of laundry care is 100% natural and made from carefully selected natural and botanical ingredients such as Purified Water, Coco Glucoside, Organic Soapwort Extract, Organic Saponified Coconut Oil, Organic Saponified Olive Oil, Seaweed Extract, Sodium Chloride, Organic Lavender Extract, Organic Horsetail Extract, Organic Witch Hazel Extract, Guar Gum, Citrus Seed Extract.

KidsBliss laundry liquids are also grey water safe and can be safely used on your garden.

Baby Clothes Cleaning Tips

Fabric Care Label Cotton | Baby Clothes And How To Care For Them

For Cottons and Other ‘hardy’ materials we recommend KidsBliss Laundry Liquids. Either Fragrance Free or Lavender. KidsBliss laundry liquid unlocks and releases the deepest and most stubborn ground-in dirt without using any nasty man made chemicals.

Machine wash in cold or warm water with environmentally friendly laundry detergent. Line or tumble dry on low.

For Woollens and Delicates we recommend KidsBliss Delicates & Wool Wash

This is ideal for washing all your woollens and delicates, including blankets and even wool pillows. With the natural disinfectant properties of eucalyptus and the natural softening properties of aloe vera. KidsBliss Delicates and Wool Wash will leave your woollens smelling fresh and clean.

Always check the washing instructions as some wool  garments require hand washing.

If they are OK to machine wash, then do so in cold or warm water, an then line dry or tumble dry on low but only tumble dry if the care label says you can.

Don’t Bleach Woollen Garments

Do not soak or wash your wool garments using laundry powders  since most laundry powders contain whiteners that act like bleach, even ‘eco-whiteners’ may still bleach your garment creating bleach spots and holes. If the garment is stained use a Stain Soap and gently rub into the affected area before washing. Never soak merino garments, as this destroys the wool fibres.

Pilling
If your garment has been made with pure wool and has not been treated with a synthetic coating, it may pill. If pilling does occur, do not despair, this is a natural process when garments are not treated with any synthetic coating, simply remove the pilling fibres using a pill removing tool.
